This meeting is as an open meeting because there is no Junior Committee this year and without this the OHI committee has responsibility but their focus is split. This meeting will allow a platform to focus on any existing or potential areas of concern.

During the meeting if it is discovered that any guidelines and/or policies need updating we will be asking for volunteers to work through these.
